Addiction and the Gospel: An Invitation to Feast
with Lindsay Kimball
W e’re people who are prone to addiction.
Even if we don’t struggle with drugs, alcohol, or porn, we overeat, overspend, overindulge in Netflix and social media.
“I am not being flippant when I say that all of us suffer from addiction. Nor am I reducing the meaning of addiction. I mean in all truth that the psychological, neurological, and spiritual dynamics of full-fledged addiction are actively at work within every human being. — Gerald May, Addiction and Grace
If we recognize the ways in which our hearts are addicted, we can see how that is actually an invitation to a deeper holy feasting and dependence on Jesus.
In this FREE webinar, Lindsay Kimball, Serge Member Care Director and Licensed Professional Counselor will help you –
- Understand the cycle of addiction
- Recognize and pay attention to the deeper hunger that feeds our addictive appetites and those of the people we love
- Move toward the holy feasting we were made for
