Renewal Specialist – Singapore

The Serge Singapore team seeks a Renewal Specialist to launch gospel renewal initiatives for local ministries in Singapore and Southeast Asia. There’s a common saying in Singapore—kiasu, which means a fear of losing. As a nation of immigrants, Singaporean culture is intensely competitive, where life can feel like a constant performance. There seems to be no room for mistakes, even in ministry.

The Renewal Specialist will come alongside church leaders, helping them experience the freedom of the all-sufficient grace of Jesus for the good of others and the glory of God.

Responsibilities:

Mentor individuals one-on-one using the Sonship curriculum.

Deliver teaching in various formats, including week-long retreats, seminars, and

classroom settings.

Assist local workers in creating culturally relevant and gospel-centered content.

Develop and envision future gospel renewal initiatives across Southeast Asia.

Requirements and Critical Qualities:

M.Div. degree.

At least 5 years of ministry experience (church, campus, counseling, etc.).

Humility, adaptability, and a love for the church.

Commitment to modeling and participating in gospel-centered community life.

The person in this role raises their full financial support for salary, ministry expenses, and benefits.
When you are appointed to go with Serge, you are assigned a support coach who will guide you step-by-step through the entire support-raising process.
