Bob Osborne served as Serge's Executive Director for 20 years (appointed in 2005) bringing his experience in overseas work (Mozambique, Kenya, and Uganda), in nonprofit management, and a vision for empowering Serge's leadership. Today, Bob works on the Development Team as Executive Director Emeritus.
