Grace was born in Southern California, and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She graduated from Biola University where she studied Psychology, Bible/Theology, and Intercultural Studies. During this time she had the opportunity to live in the Middle East and Spain, where her love for cross-cultural work deepened. The Lord used these experiences to break her heart for the marginalized, oppressed, and foreigner. She desires to bring the light of Jesus to the hurting, and to share the healing, freedom, reconciliation, and joy that is found only in Jesus. In her free time she enjoys hiking, writing poetry, visiting local coffee shops with friends, reading, playing soccer (or any sport!), watching thought-provoking movies, and having deep conversations.
