Coordinator of Discipleship and Evangelism – Kibuye, Burundi

Serge’s team in Kibuye, Burundi has a need for a Coordinator of Discipleship and Evangelism to work in a hospital setting alongside nationals in discipleship and evangelism outreach to medical/nursing students, hospital staff, and patients at Kibuye Hope Hospital.

Responsibilites:

• Develop a hospital chaplaincy training program (in French)
• Participate in community outreach with the local church

Requirements and Critical Qualities:

• Relational skills
• Gifted in learning languages
• Prior training in counseling/discipleship ideal

The person in this role raises their full financial support for salary, ministry expenses, and benefits.
When you are appointed to go with Serge, you are assigned a support coach who will guide you step-by-step through the entire support-raising process.
