About the Speaker
Josiah Bancroft
As a pastor, a church planter, and a missionary, Josiah has a heart to see God’s grace and power work in new ways in the church and throughout the world. Josiah and Barbara planted three churches in the U.S. before they joined World Harvest Mission with their three children in 1992. They were drawn to the mission when they experienced renewal through the Sonship course and resonated with the mission’s commitment to the gospel of grace for the believer and through the believer to the world. Josiah has served with Serge in a variety of positions including team leader, pastor, field director, U.S. Director, and Director of Renewal. From 2005 to 2010 Josiah and Barbara served pastoring Grace Community Church in Asheville, North Carolina. They returned to Serge formally in 2011 as Senior Director of Mission with Barbara joining him as they work on the field.
