Beth & Jeff McCord
After serving 20+ years in pastoral ministry, Beth and Jeff McCord co-founded Your Enneagram Coach, which exists to help people see themselves with astonishing clarity so they can break free from self-condemnation, fear, and shame by knowing and experiencing the unconditional love, forgiveness, and freedom in Jesus Christ. They are passionate about coming alongside individuals and helping them re-write their story, allowing them to see that lasting change, meaningful relationships, and a life of deep purpose is possible.
Beth serves as the organization’s Lead Content Creator. Having been trained by the best Enneagram experts and pouring hundreds of hours into advanced certifications, Beth is now leading the industry in simplifying the deep truths of the Enneagram from a Biblical perspective. Beth’s passion is to make the Enneagram accessible for everyone, anywhere, so they can experience the transformation they long for.
Jeff serves as Chief Executive Officer and Coach. He has a Masters of Divinity as well as multiple certifications in pastoral counseling, family and church mediations, and Gospel Coaching. Besides having published numerous type-specific books and resources, Beth and Jeff co-authored the best-selling book Becoming Us: Using the Enneagram to Create a Thriving Gospel-Centered Marriage, and an upcoming book to be released in September 2022 More than Your Number: A Christ-Centered Enneagram Approach to Becoming AWARE of Your Internal World. They live just outside of Nashville, and have been married for 26 years. They have two adult children (Nate and Libby).
