After co-founding, Ajay now serves as Executive Director of The Advance Initiative, working to see a global movement of gospel-centered, multiethnic CPs by or among South Asians. After studying history in college, he pursued theological training at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (MDiv), where he developed a conviction for advancing the gospel through the local church. In 2008, Ajay and his wife, Shainu, helped plant Seven Mile Road Church in Philadelphia, where they continue to live and serve with their two children, Hannah and Micah.
