Office Manager, North Africa

Position Title: Office Manager

Location: North Africa

FT/PT: Full-time

Deployment: as soon as possible

Length of Service: 1-4 years

Responsibilities: To assist the Managing Director in the critical support of a dynamic team in a business for transformation enterprise. Objectives include maintaining financial and logistical infrastructure as well as providing administrative management and support to company processes.

● Manage bookkeeping entry, accounts, and cash-flow
● Assist with budget preparations and customer cost estimations
● Manage online merchant services and resulting reports
● Prepare regular financial update reports
● Interface with local accounting firm to help fulfill tax and legal obligations
● Oversee the application process for new clients
● Communications with clients and participants throughout the process
● Maintain communications and scheduling with the team regarding these strategic areas, prioritize problems and build systems that will lead to long-term health

Job Support:

● Meet weekly with the Managing Director, to strategize and prioritize operations

● Familiarity with basic bookkeeping/accounting practices
● Familiarity with word processing, spreadsheets, and email practices

● Experience in completing tasks on time
● Basic leadership and communication abilities
● French and or Arabic language (beneficial, but not required)
