Serge’s two major ministries in Nicaragua, El Puente and the GCEC school, have grown significantly in recent years, and the professional administration of their programs are in need of a strong hand.
Position Title: Administrative Coordinator
Deployment: as early as October 2017
Length of Service: 4 years service (long-term)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Tracking finances in Quickbooks
- Assisting with banking
- Coordinating and recording team meetings and communications
- Governmental interface
- Construction costing and reporting
The activities in this position cut across the various aspects of ministry and interfaces with many programs.
Requirements and Critical Qualities: This requires a well-organized and responsible individual who is a team player. Although the specific talents for this position can be taught on the job and do not require specific training ahead of the posting, the individual needs to be a quick learner with a willingness to step in.
